Our cPanel domain-based webmail is easy to use and very accessible. To log in and use your webmail from our accounts, follow the simple steps below:

  1. Go to your account’s webmail URL, for example, www.yourdomain.com/webmail
    It’s just accessing your website, then appending at the end of the URL a “slash” plus “webmail” – /webmail
  2. Enter your email address and your assigned password
    IMPORTANT: in the email address, complete the whole email address including the domain – for example: name@yourdomain.com

  3. After a successful login, your browser might prompt you to save the password for easier, future use. This is optional if you do not want to save credentials to your browser.
  4. By default, you are given 2 choices of which webmail to use. These are bundled with the account’s cPanel platform. While there are differences in features, these are minor. You have the option to use both every time until you have a preference. Once decided you may now click on the “Open my inbox when I log in” so that the chosen webmail program becomes the default.

That’s all to it! You may now navigate through and manage your inboxes the usual way, like any other webmail program, such as Gmail, Yahoo!, Microsoft 3, etc. If you need assistance mapping your email accounts to your other favorite email programs, such as Outlook or similar, just contact us.
